This is one of the many streams that flow into Lake Ontario. Normally at this time of year, the water would be gushing through these pipes that run under the causeway. Due to a Winter with almost no snow and a Spring with little rain, the stream is down to a trickle. Lake Ontario is at it's lowest level in ten years.
